Gorgeous and comfortable leather love-seat armchair. Burgundy seat with brown sides and back. It has a wide armrests and comfy headrest. Genuine leather, thick and great looking but also pleasant to touch and soft. Excellent designated resting spot to read, watch tv, look out the window, Zen spot, etc.It is 36 inches tall, 36 inches wide, around 49 inches long, and the seat is 19 inches of the floor.Very good condition but it is a pre owned item that will make place for new furniture. Local pickup only (to pre set location) or delivery within 25 miles for 40$.Item must be payed before delivery.
